As part of our process, your credit professional will guide you through a personalized review of your credit reports from all three major bureaus—Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion—using your enrolled credit monitoring service. We help identify potentially inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information and support you in communicating directly with the credit bureaus in accordance with your rights.

Once we review your report together, we’ll help you identify any potentially inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information. You’ll be guided on how to address those items through compliant communication, using your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Bureaus typically have 30–45 days to respond, and any correspondence should be sent directly to you.
